Over the past few months, something strange happened:
Google excluded every post from its index—except for one domain address—from my blog. With no indexed articles, my third AdSense application was also rejected.

I had hoped to cover hosting costs with AdSense revenue, but it seems I’ll have to wait a little longer. Right now, aside from a tiny handful of readers who occasionally send encouragement or feedback, the site is practically invisible.
From what I’ve read online, this often happens with brand-new WordPress blogs: without backlinks and with low domain authority, Google simply doesn’t “trust” them. There’s also talk of a so-called sandbox effect—a kind of probationary “jail” where Google says: “We’re not sure you’re not AI-generated, so let’s test how long you survive.”
To get out, the usual advice is to generate external traffic or secure backlinks from reputable sites, which raises the chances of indexing. Personally, I suspect Google is still trying to grasp the blog’s identity and optimize its place in the search ecosystem.
At first, I was frustrated and spent a lot of time wondering how to fix this. But from the perspective of an “endorphin lifestyle,” I’ve started to see it as an opportunity. This period forces me to prioritize my research areas, and refine abstract ideas into forms that can actually be applied to business reality.
I’ll treat this as a season of immersing in the 1% pain —so I can be ready for the 99% comfort that will eventually come. Rather than pumping in dopamine through artificial traffic or backlink hacks, and then worrying “why is there no output?”, I’d rather focus on cultivating my own aura.
